I prefer to do the grocery shopping because I'm sorta a control freak about our budget. But when Jeff does make a grocery trip, he usually comes home with a new dairy-free product to try. I should send him more often!
This time he brought home frozen fish sticks from Van de Kamp's. They contain wheat.
Since we can have egg, we were able to make up a quick tarter sauce with mayo and pickle relish, too. Graham still prefers his Tyson Chicken Nuggets, but Miles liked the fish sticks just as much as chicken. So I guess we have another convenience food for the freezer when it's stamp class night or Bible study night.
I do like making more whole foods, but I think sometimes quick and easy is ok for my sanity....especially since eating out is never an option.
Here is the ingredient list for you. Have YOU found a safe, frozen fish brand?

If you shop at Publix, their brand of frozen fish sticks are safe as well. My son can't have dairy, egg or peanut but thankfully can now have wheat!
I was so excited to see this find until I saw soybean. Bummer. Our little one has to be free of soy as well.
These are the ones we get. Yummy!

Thanks, Jamie! We have found Mrs. Paul's Xtra cruncy fish sticks are also safe.
There are some great suggestions here. Anonymous, maybe one of these others is soy-free? Can anyone confirm?
